You see, for those who know me, would know that i LOVE cooking a lot but one thing i hate the most would be to wash the dishes. A little kitchen hack, did you know you can cook this using just 1 pan? You dont even need a rice cooker to prepare this. I call it Sara’s Asian Chicken Paella and its super easy to make! . . What you’ll need: Olive oil Japanese rice Chicken Meat (or Seafood) Tomato sauce @emborgasia Cheddar Cheese Chicken Stock Parsley Garlic + Onion Spinach or any veggie of your choice Sugar (for taste) Directions: 1. Add oil and lightly cook your chicken. Then remove it from pan. 2. With the same pan, stir-fry chopped onion and garlic. Add uncooked rice, tomato ketchup, chicken stock and water. Leave it to cook and occasionally check to ensure the rice doesnt stick to pan. Add water if rice looks too dry. 3. Add in chicken, veggie, sprinkle some parsley and leave it to cook while stirring occasionally. 4. Add in Emborg Cheddar Cheese. Serve and enjoy! . .
