Exercising with no excuses

As if performing is not already tiring, J. Lo calls her exercise before her performance a ‘pre-game warmup’, and her cardio-filled dances on stage completes her whole workout routine!

No breaks and hard work

J. Lo’s typical ab routine consists of 50 hanging ab raises, 50 rope crunches, 50 sit ups, and she does it in a total of 56 reps in 3 different sets. All of it are also done with no breaks!

Eating high quality proteins and lots of nutrients!

J. Lo enjoys all things healthy, like oatmeal with fresh berries, sweet potatoes, brown rice, quinoa and rice bread!

Avoiding process foods as a key point of your diet
